Paula gave great service. Under these conditions it must be hard to wear masks and ppe all day but no moans, just on with the job and made our experience a happy one.

We were served by 2 people as we visited twice. On the Friday, our first visit, Mark helped us and we used the Dreams Machine which looks at the best type of mattress for you. He then showed us all the mattresses that were available, appropriate to the results of the machine. He was very helpful. We needed to go home to measure our room to see if the 2 big drawer/2 small drawer option would suit us, with our furniture. After finding that the above did suit our measurements, we visited again the Wednesday after, and Margaret helped us complete our order. We found them both very helpful and very friendly. We liked both Mark and Margaret very much.

However every time we visited we where helped by your very patient assistant Paula who recognised us upon every visit even with a 4 month absence due to lockdown, she was everything is expect from a professional sales assistant, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient giving enough time and space to make our decision.
