As we don't buy a bed everyday we took our time over our purchase, even using your mattress testing machine, it took us 4 visits to your store over 4 months due to Covid 19. However every time we visited we where helped by your very patient assistant Paula who recognised us upon every visit even with a 4 month absence due to lockdown, she was everything is expect from a professional sales assistant, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient giving enough time and space to make our decision. She the concluded the transaction in a very efficient way, whilst making us feel at ease, and all this whilst being 8 months pregnant. All this made it all a very enjoyable experience.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. First visit David attended to us, full of knowledge about products and very helpful and friendly and on our return visit when we purchased bed we were served by Paula who was very knowledgable and friendly also
