The staff are amazingly polite and Francis in particular was highly professional and helped me make a very informed choice . I never felt pressurised and with all new social distancing I never once felt in Danger. I was supplied a pillow with a brand new protective cover, the bed of my choice was cover in white roll that I removed along with pillow cover when I completed my purchase and disposed of in Bin provided Well Done all staff at Paisley Store . You made my shopping experience memorable for positives .
