The assistant Paula was very professional and explained everything to us. She offered us coffee and made time to chat and explain about deals etc.

We were welcomed not long after we arrived at the store and the lovely girl Margaret was very kind to help Us choose a mattress. She was patient, with great product knowledge. The service we got was easy above and beyond anywhere else we had been shopping. She was going to make us a tea as well but we were just out of Dunelm but that was a lovely gesture.

We were given enough time to get into the store before be asked if we needed help, the assistant John was very helpful from the outset, explaining the colour codings and the various options and made us aware of in store offers. He then afforded us time to browse on our own. He helped us with our final decision on our purchase and was very efficient when dealing with our order and payment. It was evident that all customers were being afforded the same service by other assistants in the store. An overall friendly and pleasant experience.

We had chosen our bed online & just wanted to check it in person in store before ordering. Gerry was very helpful & and there turned out to be a sale on saving us £100 on our chosen item.

The quality of service was excellent, David provided assistance on the range as requested with no pressure leaving us to decide how we wished to proceed. When he was needed he was there with a very attentive completion to sale. Excellent.
