I was approached by Gerry who was very knowledgeable about the mattress I wanted. The mattress was not on the shop floor however he showed me one that was similar as I wanted to test it before I bought it.

Very good offer on purchases. Great range of options. Staff were helpful without being over bearing.

We visited Dreams at Abbotinch and were served by Gerry. He was extremely helpful explaining the type of mattress needed to our needs and we used the new Dreams machine to help analyse which was very insightful. We ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress which was of course at the top end price wise, however, the explanation of the guarantee on it with the three years interest-free we felt that this was extremely reasonable and a great investment.

Great price and easy to arrange delivery

Good customer service, took the time to show us the different products and explain the differences between them to help us find the product which met our needs.

Paula the sales rep was lovely from the minute we walked into the store, she was very knowledgeable about the products so much so that I arrived thinking I wanted a foam mattress and left very satisfied with a therapur gel mattress which is very comfortable.

David who served me was very friendly and made full process very easy . His knowledge on the goods was spot on

Gerry at Abbotsinch retail park in Paisley was outstanding. He took the time to show us around different mattresses and there was absolutely no pressure to buy or to make our mind up on the day, he didn’t push us into a buy. He was very informative and helpful. We couldn’t rate Gerry highly enough. My husband wouldn’t normally buy anything straight away however due to Gerrys great detail of all the mattresses and the time we were allowed to go and try each different one, he felt that he had enough information and time to make the decision of spending what is a lot of money on a mattress.

Mark was warm and friendly from the moment we walked into the store and offered us refreshments which made us feel welcome. We had an idea of the product we wanted but decided to take one last look around the store. This was a return visit, as we had been in a number of bed stores recently, but this store had the best range and customer service. We found more products that we liked making our decision harder. Mark was knowledgeable about each bed, upgrades and delivery times. He was able to give us practical guidance and gave us space and time to chat without feeling any pressure. Once we had chosen our bed Mark told us about associated offers and we tried out various pillows. The order was put through quickly and the details and delivery double checked. By the end of our experience we had everything we needed for a good night’s sleep in our new home.
