The whole process was stress-free. We visited the store after we got home from work in the evening, just after 6 pm. We were happy to get everything sorted quickly and efficiently and our Delivery Date was great - gave us time to get our Bedroom decorated in preparation. The Salesman was lovely too - very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Your 50% sale was a big attraction to us, having recently moved house. Definitely Highly Satisfied.

Absolutely no problems, pleasant experience

Mark the sales assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered drinks and he also used the test bed to advise of best type of mattress. We were not put under any pressure and he explained the 40 day mattress test and how we could upgrade mattree if needed.

Excellent service. Informed of all available options in terms of guarantees and removal of old mattresses. Question of discount was quickly resolved in our favour.
