Dreams - Abbotsinch

We weren’t sure which mattress and Gerry asked us to lie on the sleep match bed. After 2mins it gave us a selection of mattresses to try.Gerry explained all the benefits of each. We tried each for comfort before deciding on the Tempur mattress. The mattress was less in Dreams than the Tempur website, and we got 2 free Tempur pillows. Well impressed!

Guy was brilliant. We dealt with Gerry and he was so helpful. This was our second visit to store, our visit before no one attempted to help us etc so we had already picked our bed as per ourselves and what we thought was best. However on this visit, our second actual visit, we were only coming in to buy that bed. Turned out we were totally wrong. That bed wouldn't have been suitable and after trying the sleep match machine to give us recommendations and Gerry helping do we understand that our choice was poor.

Assistant was extremely helpful. Used the sleepmatch to select the perfect mattress. Was offered a cup of tea or coffee which was a nice touch. Spoke to a few of the sales team who were all extremely polite and friendly.

I couldn't make my mind up because the bed I wanted ,i was unsure if I could afford the price. There was cheaper options but did not meet my needs. Gerry that supported me in the shop was very patient, never once felt harassed at all and he worked over his time to put my order through. Yes I would shop in that store again and definitely recommend that store. All the staff were very nice.

The service tgat we received was professional and Marc the store assistant was very informative and friendly.

The assistant was very good and took the time to explain all abou the different types of mattresses and let us try all sorts and was asking on each occasion what our likes and dislikes we were very happy with this as we really never take the time to see what we needed in our new mattress.
