Both members of staff who assisted us (Mike and Francis) were helpful, attentive, knowledgeable and honest. They were clearly focused on getting the right product for us - however long it took. We felt looked after from the moment we walked in the door, right until we placed our order.

The sales guy was very good and explained all the options to us was pleased about the delivery and making up of the bed for £40 .. and taking away all packaging from delivery . Well worth it lovely sales guy . So very helpful .

I thought the staff where very helpful. After explaining the products and leaving us, as requested, to further view the products, when approached for more information they where happy to help. As for the sale prices: GENUINE :-)

Superb customer service and product knowledge

Gerry was extremely helpful and professional in giving us information and suggesting the Dream Test so that we got the best mattress for our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and put our minds at ease that we were being sold what suited us best not just anything. Very impressed - excellent service which you don't often see in this day and age. Thank you Gerry.
