I liked the fact the staff never approached me on entry, They said hello then waited for me to approach them if I needed assistance or advice, Both staff who I spoke to were highly knowledgeable on their products & I was satisfied with my 1st Dreams experience.

Assistant very knowledgeable about the products. Allowed us time to review products but was available for questions when required.

Required to speak to a sales person as the bed I have was a designed one and existing mattress was crafted to fit exactly so I needed the sales person to show me as near as possible the size I need to buy to fit my bed. I was very happy with the level of assistance provided.

Buying for and with an ageing relative and staff were very understanding and supportive

The whole experience was great, our salesperson, Sky, was very helpful and listened to our requirements.

As soon as we arrived in the store we were greeted by Mark, who offered us a drink. We found this to be really unusual, in a good way, because we are never offered anything anywhere else. He talked us through our many requirements, and showed us around the shop, advising us and helping us choose our perfect bed.

My husband I entered the store which was reasonably busy, we browsed for a few minutes before we were approached by a sales assistant who asked us what type of bed we were looking for. we advised we weren’t very sure and he described the sleep match bed machine and asked us if we would like to try it. we had already heard about this and immediately advised this would be great as we had already tested beds in other retailers but couldn’t make up our minds. my husband had already conducted a lot of online research but we were still none in the wiser. we were impressed by the machine and Gerry was then able to give us a list of beds suited to us, which saves a lot of time trying out numerous beds. Gerry seemed very knowledgable on each, listing advantages and also supplied us with a supportive pillow to recreate a real sleep experience. We did not feel pressured and Gerry also gave us time alone to test our preferred choices instead of hovering around. We have been looking for a mattress for some months and finally felt able to make an informed decision and make a purchase.
