Dylan who started to help us with products was great he only just started 3 days before helped with what he could until he very kindly offered to get a colleague to help so he was giving the right information great job that young boy done

Gerry was polite and knowledgeable he made us feel welcome and helped us to decide on the bed we wanted without being pushy it was refreshing to find

The help and personal assistance we got from Paula was extremely commendable. She was knowledgeable and was eager to put our minds at ease for any concerns we had. She gave an honest opinion in all layers we discussed. Really good salesperson. I couldn’t fault her in any way. We were also initially helped by another gentleman who had just started working at Dreams and admittedly was not as knowledgeable but just as eager to please and be helpful. He admitted he was not aware of a few things and assisted us in the best way possible till Paula became available.

I walked in, looking around the shop a little confused as I couldn't find the bed or mattress I saw online, quickly a assistant noticed this and told him what I was looking for. The bed I wanted was new and had not been delivered to the store yet, which I was ok with as I new I wanted that bed. Then, we asked about the mattress and he recommend an alternative one due to our backs being sore and we tried it out in store, we were so satisfied we took the the mattress and bed and the assistant gave us different finance options. We chose one and we were on our way happy

Francis looked after my husband and i very well and took the time to explain all of the beds we were testing. There was no pushing us into buying anything.

Paula and Gerry were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us make the best decision without trying to influence us. There was a good selection of items to try out and we were not rushed into choosing our new bed and mattress.
