I was unsure as to what type of mattress would be most advantageous. The employees answered all my questions well. I'm also moving into my new home a few weeks before Christmas so understood that stock would be limited but your staff helped me find a bed I liked and that could be delivered as soon as possible.

Assistants knowledge was very good and his advice was very helpful.

Staff very knowledgable, attentive & friendly. If they were dealing with other customers they acknowledged your presence, made me a coffee & came back to me ASAP.

Mark was extremely helpful in helping us find a mattress that would suit our needs. It was our first time shopping for a mattress of our own and Mark made it very easy. Made us aware of what would suit us and gave us information of relevant promotions on at the time that would benefit us. Very happy with the service from Mark, would definitely return and recommend the store to others.

Gerry was excellent and spent lots of time explaining the types of mattress and how they were manufactured. When we were looking at going for a more expensive product he pointed out where we not getting what we wanted in terms of design which was very helpful. The whole experience was very satisfactory and I would certainly recommend Dreams to anyone.

From the minute we stepped into the store we felt very welcome. We were greeted by Mark and offered a tea/coffee/water which we gladly accepted. Gareth approached us and was also very friendly and informative. We were then invited to take the mattress test which was explained to us and we found very helpful. Mark then showed us numerous choices and helped us reach our decision.

Felt welcome, was asked straight away what our preference was for item we were buying, and shown the availability of our preference and also asked to test item.
