Sales person very helpful gave me time to look as well as giving usual information

Mark was friendly when he greeted us, listened to what we wanted and helped make the entire experience easy. He didn't try to 'sell' us and genuinely seemed to want to make sure we got the correct bed for us. We use the machine that measured our sleeping positions- very clever- and it matched us on one we'd already tried and liked.

This was the first time we had been to Dreams and we had a great experience, there were no hard sale put on us and Francis subtly came over to myself and my husband as we were looking at different mattresses. He asked us if he could help and did we know what we are looking for. He then suggested us trying the assessment to see what results came out for what mattress suited us. it was great and we purchased a bed and mattress.

Looked at the bed online came into the showroom to see it in person, and bought it. Took us 10 minutes and everything was dealt with professionally.

Customer service was excellent from when we arrived. We were offered tea/coffee which was very welcoming since it was freezing outside and had to wait 10 minutes before the store opened. I was with my mother and father and as they are pensioners the beverage was most welcome. Through the process of the finding the most suitable mattress the employee was most helpful in every way and made the experience very pleasant.

I came in known what type i wanted and paula helped me choose what bed to pick.

We went in knowing we wanted a tempur mattress after a while of wanting one. Francis, the salesman, was helpful and didn't try to upsell us to anything we didn't want as he accepted we knew what we wanted. Very friendly and helpful.

David was very helpful when we choosing a mattress, he encouraged us to really try different models and price ranges to make sure we got one we liked at the best price.

The 2 employees were here helpfull. Covered teas and coffee while we were getting help of both colleges Gerry and other employee that was working yestarday (can't remember his name). Made everything simple for us to select mattress the base and headboard, the staff were very helpful, made everything very clear about delivery and said that as a good will feature they will put it together take the rubbish away. Then as black Friday they recommended excellent deals on a new quilt for new bed and excellent deal on pillows 2. I would recommend dreams to all my friends. The staff that day Gerry and the other employee made everything a lot easier to find matress base headboard that I needed. The service was brilliant.
