The female sales assistant is an assett to your company, the girls product knowledge was 2nd to none, her care and attention to detail understanding our needs then showing us the products that suited us, was the reason we bought the bed, we intended to visit the other bed stores on the abbotsinch estate but after meeting the young female assistant she deserved the sale for her fantastic knowledge and help throughout the time we were in the store . 10/10 for this young assistant fantastic service

I visited Dreams Paisley Abbotsinch to buy a mattress. The shop assistant was very friendly, no hard sale, just chatted, offered me the chance to try the mattress if I wanted. A very pleasant shop experience. I hate pushy assistants and won't buy from them. I was in and out the shop in no time. The whole experience was easy. For this reason, I will return to this shop again the next time. Thanks

We used the sleepology machine to find out what mattress type would be best for us. This saved us trying a lot that wouldn’t have been, and narrowed it down to three for us to decide between. Marc was also really good and suggesting some things, especially taking these same pillows around with us (which we also ended up buying). But he also gave us the space we needed just to think and talk things over between us.

I visited the Dreams shop at Renfrew, Scotland. I was served by Paula and she was fantastic . Very patient, answered all our questions and we did not feel rushed or pressured at any point.

Service was excellent . Delivery was first class with excellent communication .

Gerry the store colleague was extremely knowledgeable. I was given time to chose however the new gadget bed cannot remember what it was called that you lie on and it narrows your search according to your weight extra was amazing. I had been trying beds until I was totally confused when Gerry reproached to help. I had sent him away initially, wrong move on my part. Did not pressure me which I liked. All round fabulous experience. Gerry even supplied a bottle of water when I got to hot

I was greeted very friendly when entering the store and spoke to sales agent for 5 minutes before he knew exactly what I was looking for. An offer of refreshments was made and the order was done in a couple of minutes. There were also other staff I noticed doing the same thing when other customers arrived so it was a successful visit to the store
