I couldn't have asked for any more help, patience and guidance. I plan don going to three of 4 stores. I only went to one, dreams

Felt welcome as soon as we entered the store. Having a specific matress in mind, the staff were excellent in identifying what we wanted. What pleased me most was that the staff were not 'pushy' in trying to buy additional items. For example, we only required a mattress, not a bed frame.

Service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and did not bombard or pressure us into buying our bed

The gentleman Gerry in the shop was so helpful after telling him about the back problems we have he took the time to put us on the sleep machine and get the right type of mattress for our needs so helpful and what a great machine. I was very happy with my new divan bed and mattress. would highly recommend. Thanks Andrea McCormick

The bed I seen online was the 1st bed I seen in the store and they had the 2 colours on display. Ended up buying a 2nd bed that I seen also for my spare room. The girl who helped was new to the branch she said but she was very helpful.

We were looked after by Francis who was brilliant at listening to what we wanted in ages frame and mattress and took the time to show us a selection explaining the features of each. What a lovely warm salesman he is.

Your staff were not false and both of the gentlemen that I dealt with were very helpful without being annoyingly pressurising which I do not like. They were a joy to deal with and also worked well together as a team.

The man who dealt with us was called Francis Campbell. He was very friendly and informative.

The ere was a huge selection of beds to choose from and the girl who served me was very helpful and spent time going through different mattresses with me till I found the right one for me
