Great customer service, can't fault the enthusiasm of our salesman Gerry and his product knowledge was second to none. We had been to four bed showrooms before Dreams, next time we won't be wasting our time we will go straight to Dreams.

This was my second visit to the store within 3days Paula service I received was second to none that s why I came back and waited to see Paula to assist me once again I was made to feel at ease I would recommend to any of my friends and family to pay a visit to this store

The sales person was very knowledgeable about products. Did not rush us to make any decision. Very professional & polite. Listened to our needs and advised us on the best mattresses using the sleep mattress machine. Very good friendly service.

I had a really pleasant experience with Gerry who helped me choose my 1st bed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and it made the experience stress free.

We were met by Paula Kinloch who offered assistance. She pointed out the types of beds we were interested in and left to browse and ask any questions we needed answers to. After looking at the beds she returned and answered a few questions then offered us a drink. She then discussed the pros and cons of the beds we were considering and guided us to our decision. With mattresses she listened to our needs and then allowed us to test each one until we were happy and then did the same with pillow selection. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions openly and honestly. Above all that she was just a pleasure to deal with and a credit to your company.

The sales team took time, and patience, to sort us out without pressure.

Gerry the assistant welcomed us into the store, left us to look around. Returned to show us some more beds his knowledge of products was great and before placeing our order he pointed out some items on sale.

We were very happy with the way David presented your mattresses and in particular the descriptions given of the differences of the products we were interested in. He also suggested we took some time to ourselves to slow us to make our decision on the mattress we bought. Good support was given without being pressurised into making a decision. Excellent service from a knowledgeable and friendly salesman.
