the items we looked at were only available online but the colleague assisted us in obtaining one of them and was very friendly and helpful

I was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the sales assistant who dealt with our enquiry. I was also impressed with the courtesy of the store manager who arranged water and a coffee for my wife and for me whilst our order was being processed by his colleague.

Fast customer service and had good options for a mattress

We felt welcomed at the store, the staff introduced themselves quickly and we were offered a tea/coffee/chilled water while we were processing our order. The staff gave us plenty of space and time to make a decision on our purchase, letting us know they were available if we needed them. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would be happy to purchase from this Dreams store in the future.

Mark was very friendly and helpful. He made us a cup of tea while we were looking at different bed frames and then helped us with the sleep match machine. He then talked us through the recommendations and took us to each several times to allow us to choose the best mattress for us.
