Umran the store manager knew his products and was extremely helpful.

Paula was extremely friendly and helpful, she explained everything in depth and knew exactly what I wanted. The sleepmatch experience was fantastic. I was offered a tea/coffee which was a wee treat while placing my order.

Right from when I entered the store, I found the store etc quite stunning. From lhe ayout, to the various different beds etc on sale. Within about two minutes, one of the Staff, David, approached me and kindly asked what if any help or assistance that he could be. For around the next ten minutes or so, David explained everything. At that point, I knew which particular bed, mattress type, I was interested in. Over the next several minutes, David and myself concluded the sale. Job done!!!!!

David in the Hillington store was a great help full on knowledge. I feel like I found the perfect mattress

After being in a couple of bed shops, I found the prices of the beds very very competitive although the headboards were way more expensive than the other shop...the chap that served me was very very helpful as was the women...to be honest I was overall impressed and I am just now waiting on delivery happy dazzz
