The girl that served us was excellent .and spent time helping us to choose the bed that we liked.she did not pressure us and made sure that she was not trying to sell us beds that were way above our price range which I felt that was great . Made us feel at ease .thankyou

Overall, very happy with service and product - but availability of one item changed from 4-6 to 8-9 weeks. Appreciated free delivery.

We felt we were given time to browse ourselves then when we required help it was offered and given at an appropriate time by someone who had a very pleasant and personable approach and manner to us.

Paula spent plenty of time time with us making sure we were happy with what we were choosing, did not pressure us to pick one product over another and gave us time to spend testing mattresses before making a decision. Overall she help make it a very enjoyable experience for us.

We were welcomed by a member of Dreams staff on arrival at the store and asked if we needed assistance then left to wander round the store without being hassled. When we had decided on the mattress we wanted we contacted a member of staff who dealt with the purchasing process in a friendly efficient manner. A pleasant shopping experience.

On our visit to the Abbotsinch Retail Park store we first arrived with only wanting to look at beds. We were not pestered or pressured by staff just a quick hello we are here is you need us and then left to it. Paula then assisted us in finding the right mattress and bed her customer service and product knowledge was exceptional we were made to feel at home which made picking a bed very easy and relaxed. I would 110% go back to this store if and when I need a new bed
