The salesperson Paul was extremely helpful and informative. She did not push to me to go for a higher end product and gave me all options - but at the same time dreams should be confident in her a sa salesperson as her attitude got the higher end sale in the end.

Urman the sales person was outstanding. His service, product knowledge and personality really made the difference to our overall experience.

David was very helpful with the Sleep Match technology in store and was able to direct me to the most suitable mattress for my needs. He did show me a range of mattresses with different prices and left the decision up to me. He also allowed me to browse all other mattresses in store, incase there were other ones that I had missed or wanted to purchase instead.

Apart from the 20% discount over the bank holiday weekend i found the salesman; Francis to have struck the perfect balance, available when required but not pushy and an excellent knowledge of the products. Well done Francis!
