Dreams - Abbotsinch

When arriving at the shop my partner and I were completely unsure of what we were looking for. The staff member showed us to the machine which helped us narrow down the type of bed which would support us in our sleep. He then guided us through the shop showing patience (especially with the little one running around!) and a depth of knowledge about each product. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision or buy the most expensive item which I have been left feeling in similar situations. He was kind, helpful and the quality of the products spoke for themselves. I would highly recommend going to dreams when purchasing your next bed/mattress/pillows. We certainly did not leave disappointed!

Paula in the paisley store was extremely helpful from arrival. We weren’t sure what we were looking for but she was very knowledgeable and always there for advice, without pushing a hard sell. She allowed us to try out various mattresses and pillow options until we found the perfect bed. Thanks so much to Paula for all her help. She is a credit to your organisation. On the plus side, she is also the only person I’ve ever met to be born on the exact day and year as me!

Quality help from sales assistant

The sales assistant was very helpful and even kept the store open later than closing so that I did not feel rushed in making an informed decision.

The mattress was on the sale and the customer assistants were very helpful and friendly

David was the main reason we were so happy. We explained what we were after and he helped find it. The other staff in the store were also very friendly and made it a comfortable relaxed environment. They weren’t all hassling us.

dealing with umran was delightful and very good when told about cost, delivery, etc. on return visit the manager dealt with a problem I had regarding size very well and put our mind at rest
