Salesperson was very helpfull. Store was well laid out and aspect of free delivery and free mattress protectors was very welcome.

I was looking for s single mattress for my 8 year old son, the man who assisted up was very helpful and I was able to purchase mattress hassle free.

I was impressed by the quality of the products and of the knowledge and patience of David who attended to me.

When myself sister and gran entered your abbots inch store we where greater by Mark who was so helpful and found me what I was looking for. He also helped my gran find the perfect mattress for herself, we where offered drinks and nothing was a problem would highly recommend this store.

The sales person Mark was very informative, spending time discussing our sleep pattern and didn't rush us at all. Trying the beds and pillows which were suited to our needs. He was very friendly and as stated earlier took his time to answer all our questions and queries. on our second visit to place our order , although the store was busy he didn't rush us.

Staff very pleasant and knowledgeable about products. Took time to listen to us and then make recommendations based on what we said. Impressed with the bed that tells you the type of mattress that would suit.

We had returned after an earlier visit as we were impressed with the knowledge and customer service of the assistant, Paula. Assistant was very helpful and patient while we were deciding on the product we wanted to buy.

Paula helped greatly in narrowing down the choices of mattresses to those that would best suit for my lower back problems and was highly informative and helpful.

the attention received from shop assistant( Umran) was very quick and helpful, he answered any questions we had very sufficiently he was not pushy and gave us time to think about which mattress we preferred. he was very polite and cheerful. we were a bit shocked at the high price of pillows, however, they are very comfy and well worth the money. the mattress has not yet been delivered it is due to arrive 22/01/19. we look forward to a good nights sleep. lol.

I didn't feel pressured, staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the bed test and the help I was given to find a match for me and my price range
