Dreams - Abbotsinch

David at Abbotsinch store was most professional, helpful and informative, he gave us plenty of time to discuss our choices and in fact we did not purchase on our first visit but returned the following day to do so. At no time did we feel pressurised or rushed but at the same time he made sure we were making informed choices. We would certainly return to Dreams in the future.

We had left home intending to visit a number of different establishments in order to get the best bed. Fortunately, when made Dreams our first stop and the colleague who met us at the store entrance listened to my mother in law’s requirements and took us to try out the best bed in his estimation of her needs. She tried the best out and after discovering what a relief she achieved for her leg problem and how comfortable the mattress was she decided, there and then, that it was the bed she wanted and to discount any other shops. She also purchased an Ottoman for the end of her bed and was extremely pleased with the service she received from Francis that we left for home with her excitedly looking forward to receiving her new bed.

Francis was very helpful, explained what we need based on the dreams bed test for me and my wife. Recommended and showed us products based on our budget and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

We were surprised to find the same bed in the Dreams Showroom that we had first seen on the website. After walking around the showroom we were approached by Mark who offered us refreshments and ask if we needed any assistance. He was very professional and was not "pushy" in the slightest. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. He gave us plenty of room to browse but also made us feel like he was very approachable when we were looking for information. When we decided to buy our bed, Mark was very helpful and introduced us to Umran who took us through the payment and delivery process. He was also very professional and explained everything very well to us. We are having our new bed delivered to our new home. We first asked for it to be delivered on our "move in" day but, as Umran quite rightly pointed out, we may not have received our keys to the house until late afternoon and may have missed the delivery. We're very glad that he pointed this out to us!

Thought it was first class. Umran (310)was efficient in asking if I needed assistance, then showed me options. This was after lying on the bed that measured my suitability to hard/soft mattresses. Good selection shown. Unfortunately was spoilt by lying on a mattress that was extremely comfortable, but way out my price range at£1649,00. Got one at £599. More than happy.
