Sky was very informative on the advice i got about the purchase I was looking for.

The store was quiet, so I didn't feel uncomfortable to try out the various mattresses recommended to me by the Sales Adviser, Umran. Umran was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous. He advised me on the basis of the output of the sleep position assessment and was attentive to my preferences. Upon making my choice, Umran communicated the delivery options and arranged for the recycling of my own mattress. everything was efficient and quick. I did however spend more than I originally intended, as it was the draw of the sale that brought me to the store in the first place, however I'm confident that I've purchased a quality product and can't wait for it to arrive.
