Dreams - Abbotsinch

On both occasions we were seen by the same store colleague, Paula, who understood our needs and was happy to give us space to look around but was also there when ever we required help. This created a pleasant shopping environment and we didn't feel hastled. Overall we found exactly what we were looking for at a very good discounted price.

Staff very helpful and friendly

we were allowed to view various items without being pounced on by an assistant. When asked for information the assistant guided us to where we needed to be without any pressure to view, test or buy any items and once we had decided on our choice the assistant helped guide us through the order, purchase and delivery process. we were able to take one product away there and then and the 2nd product we ordered was scheduled for delivery in a short and convenient time frame.

We used the dreams test bed and were guided to different options based on our results. Sales person was knowledgeable and helpful

The salesman was attentive and gave me lots of information on the products I looked at but he also gave me my own space to wander around and make my final decision on my choices

Staff were very friendly and approachable but more than that they had all the answers to my questions! I was shown multiple beds and then shown all mattresses that were what I was looking for.

I Was served by Paula but all the staff at the store where nice and welcoming. Always willing to help with any questions I may have.

Francis was very helpful and had fantastic customer service. He advised me of the different ranges and options available and was not pushing for the sale at all.

Very straightforward experience. No fuss and got all the advice required.

The girl in the shop was so friendly and helpful and knowledge able we were delighted with the attention we received
