Dreams - Abbotsinch

We revisited the store to order our bed. The gentleman who helped us previously was there and showed us to the bed/matress we had liked a few weeks earlier. He was polite and extremely helpful. We got the matress and divan base we wanted at a great price.

Paula who served us was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. She took her time and let us try numerous mattresses.

Francis who dealt with us was friendly and knowledgeable

Very welcoming and friendly staff ,and had a good outgoing manner and very helpfull in making our choice.

Right from the moment we entered the shop David and other staff made us extremely welcome.He enquired about our needs and suggested the sleep match machine would help us find the best match for both of us. We were then able to try the beds suggested to see which one we felt was the most comfortable.David also suggested trying different pillows as we both have neck problems.We were given time to make the right choice without feeling pressurised,that made buying from David very comfortable.We also bought bedding,pillows that we were not initially intending to buy. Although we spent more than we had planned having the right bed was important.We will recommend the dreams store in Abbotsinch to family and colleagues,fantastic customer service and genuinely helpful and pleasant staff.

When arriving at dreams we were greeted warmly we had an idea of what we wanted David Our sales rep listened then took time to explain the different types of mattresses who would have thought there are so many my husband and were asked to take part in trying out different types of mattresses didn’t feel uncomfortable didn’t take us long to decide David helped us get what we were looking for shopping experience at dreams excellent

Welcomed on arrival. Sales staff helpful but not too pushy. Very knowledgable about all products and could make suggestions based on the information I gave them. Able to make recommendations without trying to sell the most expensive option or push certain products. Quick sales process once I decided and talked me through everything so i understood it all. Really positive experience from start to finish (although at time of writing I have not yet received delivery)

The salesperson, Paula, was very helpful and knowledgeable. All members of staff were very polite and engaged in plenty of conversation.
