Researched our ideas on beds prior to visit. First visit to Abbotsinch Dreams where Francis, without any pressure, listened to our requirements and directed us to possible mattresses to suit our choice. We left, continued our search looking online and in other stores. We were satisfied that Dreams was our preferred option. We returned to the store where we were able to browse without being harassed and made our choice with the assistance of Paula who was very knowledgable friendly and helpful.

Just a very nice experience overall. Our first time doing this type of purchase and it was made both easy & painless. The woman serving us was patient and helpful! We felt very welcomed soon as we walked in.

The manager at the paisley branch (mark) was extremely gracious, let us know that he was around, but let us browse by ourselves until we decided on something which was great as we didn’t feel like we were being watched and studied while browsing. Mark was able to give us options within our budget but still have a great quality mattresses for the bunk beds we purchased for my two young boys.

I found the sales people and the manager were very helpful,at no time did I feel that I was put under any pressure.This was a pleasant experience,the team explained the promotions and price very clear and precise could not have asked for any more.
