Very satisfied with assistance of the sales man at the shop to choose right mattress for my husband and I in 10 min via special machine. Then based on the results the options of mattresses have been shown and was very easy to make a right decision. The finance option of 0% interest was and added incentive for purchasing our mattress and pillows.

Paula gave us all her attention while browsing. She was knowledgeable, friendly and not the slightest pushy. I can't thank her enough for her assistance.

Paula was very helpful without being pushy. Staff didn't follow me around the store like Bensons where I'd just come from. It was good to take your time without being harrassed by staff. Other staff members were friendly too. The bed I bought was ex display. Other beds were were too expensive for me. I am pleased with the price although I did want a divan originally.

Margaret was absolutely lovely. She was knowledgable, thorough and friendly. She gave us plenty of time, listened to our needs and assisted us with a smile and a laugh and we never felt pushed or rushed.
