The assistant was extremely helpful, helping me find the right product for my needs. It was also very quick to place the order once I had decided which product I wanted.

The colleague that dealt me was called Margaret. She was very attentive, listened to what I was looking for and spent a lot of time showing me a range of products. Furthermore, she also allowed me time to myself to explore the options in store. It was a very positive visit and would come back again.

Great service from staff. I was on a budget and managed to get a bargain with an ex-display mattress. Paula was great she let me try pillows and I got them half price with the mattress which was a bonus.

In store customer service was of the highest standard. To be allowed to look freely without feeling staff were merely chasing a sale was one of the reasons I returned within a week to purchase a second prodict. Your neighbour and rival opposite had decent products at competitive prices, however their staff followed around the store making Dreams the store for me. You have one excellent staff member in Margaret and her knowledge is second to none. It was an education we recieved more than a sale and we are delighted with our product, although we still await one. No complaints delighted customer

the person who dealt with us was very knowledgable as I find buying a bed very stressful and my husband didn't help
