The previous night I looked up a bed and mattress on the web sight. When I spoke to Frances he knew exactly what I wanted and where to find the items. He also asked me if I required any other items such as a mattress protector. When he looked the items up on his computer he could not initially find them but later using a different way he found them, despite not feeling too well (I think he had a cold) he assisted me well.

We were shown better, cheaper alternatives than what were were looking for, product knowledge was excellent, delivery times were set for when we could accept the items. It was a seamless shopping experience!

The assistant Michael was very helpful and friendly. He really knew his beds and we found exactly what we were looking for within the hour.

Loved the layout of the store. Loved trying the bed assimilation machine that helped up pick out our perfect bed. And our sales advisor Francis was patient and very knowledgeable.

The assistant Paula was very helpful and knew all about the different types of beds and mattresses and took her time to explain. Another couple came into the shop while we were being served by Paula, this did not stop her from explaining everything to us.

The service given was of top quality very friendly and professional sales person having a good knowledge of the products on offer. We were not sure if we were going to purchase a full new bed frame and mattress and were shown various types. Derrick was patient with us and afforded us plenty of time to make up our minds. We are pensioners and decided to go for the EVE D Mattress.

Sales assistant was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We visited the store late on a Friday evening when it was quiet. The extended opening hours worked well for us.
