I thought the service was second to none your sales assistant gave us all the information we needed and then let us look about when we decided to purchase the mattress he was very helpful all in all it was a joy to shop in your store we will certainly be back again.

I failed to request a defense discount when i placed my order. I contacted customer services the day later who retrospectively applied the 10% discount. Thank you very much

The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival at the store. Margaret (the member of staff who assisted me during my time at the store) asked a few simple questions and within 30 minutes, I was on my way out with the receipt for my new bed that suited my needs (and my wallet!)

David our sales person was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in . He is a credit to your company .

The knowledge of the staff to direct us to the types of matresses that suited our needs, and singling out the exact one that was best for the task. Being able to try out the different matresses on site, made a massive difference to our choice

The sales assistant (Paula) was very engaging and friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose a bed and the correct mattress to suit us. She intelligently gave us space allowing us to discuss our purchase and offered great advice. Paula's manager was also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store to friends and family.
