The assistant Margaret was brilliant. Knew her stuff re the mattresses and was very helpful throughout the whole buying process.

Bought 4 bed base and 3 head bored and it was easy to find what I wanted and the assistant was very helpful. Took a little bit of time as the computer was slow but got there in the end. Only problem was have to wait till 20th before the items can be delivered. That's 23 days. Not so great. But I'm definitely going back tomorrow to purchase the mattresses for the beds.

The Staff were friendly & helpful. I am looking forward to sleeping in my new bed. From entering the shop & leaving it was a good experience.

A good range of products, staff assistance when required and freedom to tryout products without pressure.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Explinations were given to every bed looked at and every step of the transaction was explained to a high standard

We were allowed time to look around the store before approaching the salesman Francis who was very pleasant and helpful during and after the sales process. Offered my mother and I tea/coffee which my mother accepted. Made us feel relaxed and provided excellent service. Would recommend.

Got exactly what I was looking for.

Staff were very knowledgeable and took plenty of time showing us round till we found the right mattress

No forceful sales talk , he understood what we were looking for more than we did , and directed us to the appropriate beds to try , he was very patient with us and we were very indesisive , he left us alone to try the beds and Offered us tea or coffee . It was only when doing the order we asked what time the shop shut and he said 25 minutes ago !!!!! He was so patient with us he deserves a medal , I'd like to say a great big thanks to Derrick .
