We browsed around for a while and were approached by salesperson(Francis), who asked if he could help. He asked what our requirements were and after we had told him he presented us with a few options, helping us to discuss and agree on what was best suited. Francis was very knowledgeable on your products and customers needs, this allowed us to make, what we think at the moment, our decision on a suitable base & mattress. We look forward to delivery.

Really impressed with the knowledge of the salesman. He was friendly and didn’t apply pressure for the sale.

We had great help from Francis (Contact Number 310), who is really good at his job. We really liked that he listened to what we wanted. Suggested options. He wasn't pushy. Also knowledgeable and informative about Dreams products. We are not bed experts! He wasn't trying to make us buy the most expensive thing. And we had a nice chat. He has a sense of humour. We enjoyed a cup of tea that his colleague Derrick made for us. A nice touch. We actually enjoyed buying our bed, which is astonishing, as we don't really like shopping at all, but really needed a new bed. We are already recommending the Renfrew Dreams store to our friends.

Store Assistant gave me all the information I needed to pick my mattress but gave me time alone to make my own decision. There was no hard selling of any product and I got what I wanted with out feeling pressured. All the staff were extremely friendly and the whole process was painless.

The price of the mattress was very reasonable. Plenty of staff available if needed.

My partner and I found the whole experience very enjoyable. At no point did we feel harassed and in fact found the staff to be incredibly helpful and lovely to speak to unlike another company we had felt with. Any queries we had were answered and if needed further explained. The shop was immaculate inside.
