Paula who looked after us was very knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to fully understand our requirements and preferences and offering follow up,if we had any questions. There was a large display of products which meant that we were able to properly see the bed frame and try out a selection of mattresses and pillows to find the right ones for us. The store was clean and well presented and the staff were warm and friendly, making several offers of refreshments. Altogether it provided a comfortable and non pressurised buying experience.

The store manager Derrick was very helpful and good knowledge of the products, everything was clearly explained and was very happy with the customer service.

Service was excellent. Greeted by staff member but allowed time to look around ourselves. Great price for the bed and convenient delivery time was available.

The sales time gave me time to browse the shop and see what was in store before approaching me. After talking with the sales assistant I did not feel harassed and was given plenty of time to make my decision.

I was Highly Satisfied with the the attention, genuine care and time of the staff to find products that matched our needs. They were so helpful and offered little extras like a cup to tea and bottles of water which was so appreciated. They stayed behind when the store had closed to make sure that our order went through and we got the best deal possible that the shop had to offer. This is the best shopping experience that I have had. It is so nice to get people who are genuinely interested in their customers and try to bring the best service to them. What a wonderful team. staff were knowledgeable and friendly

We visited this store as we had been previously and had a good experience buying a mattress. The store was clean and tidy. The girl o duty was approachable and helpful. She was not pushy and allowed us one to try the different mattress’s. She was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about the different types/styles of mattress. The order and payment process was quick and done with a cuppa. The delivery date allocated was great given where we stay. I would return to this store again.
