The store representative approached me as soon as I entered the store to see if he could assist me. He was polite and helpful, asked me what I was looking for and showed me what was on offer for the price range I was looking at. I had originally looked online so I had an idea what I wanted. He took me to what I had picked out and let me try it for comfort. Took no time at all to agree that was what I wanted. Paperwork and payment was fast and efficient and friendly throughout. A pleasure to deal with.

We were using a wheelchair instore for my husband. As soon as the sales woman saw this, she came over and offered assistance right away but, she was not obtrusive. When we decided what we wanted, she pointed out where the matching headboards etc were. Her name is Paula and her service was excellent, she also had a lovely sense of humour. She went through all the points during the ordering process, making it very easy to understand.

Very professional advice, brilliant service. David spent a lot of time understanding our needs and he gave us a lot of good advise guiding us thru all types of mattresses. He stayed longer after shop was closed to finalise the purchase, what delighted us even more as we both working long hours and unable to shop during the day. Very good experience and most likely we will come back to this shop to buy bed for our son.

I managed to get a discount offer. The manager was very helpful with processing my order. Even offered a cup of tea while completing order.

Salesperson, David was very helpful and displayed a good knowledge of the products. He wàs not a "pushy" salesperson.

It was easy to navigate around the store, pricing information was fairly clear and the staff were help. In particular the staff member (Brooklyn) who helped us gathered all the information we needed quickly, was helpful in making comparisons between our choices, and took us through the sale and paperwork very quickly.

We got what we were looking for with the minimum of difficulty. It was all painless and staff gave us room to make our decisions.
