Helped by very nice saleswoman who did not rush me in my search for what I required but listened and advised. Nice store with wide selection of beds etc. I was very happy with my experience there.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received from your colleague, Paula. She was very knowledgeable for the products I was ordering. Paula was very approachable with lovely smiling face. She also gave me the time I needed to contact my husband. There was no pressure put on me to order something at the time. Once again I would recommend dreams to family and friends especially Paula.

This was our second visit to the store.... The first time was just on spec however the service we recieved and the product knowledge meant on the second visit we knew exactly what we were looking for and Derrick, whom we spoke with on both occasions, wasn't pushy and extremely helpful.

Sales person came over fairly quickly. Listened to my needs. Showed me to the products that covered my needs. Gave me time to try the products and explained clearly about the products. When buying the product took time in explaining what was happening and what would happen when product is delivered. Happy with overall experience.

The Manager Derek took our two kids aside and gave them colouring in and some sweets ( due to it being Halloween) . This gave Margaret his colleague time to show us about the showroom and we could take our time trying different Mattresses , choosing a headboard and a bed base. We also purchased 2 Tempa pillows which we have found very helpful.
