Margaret the asst manager approached us as we were looking at a bed we were interested in. She immediately pointed out the great value we would receive as it was an ex display bed, she showed us the original price card to prove this. We loved the bed and the price however we were hesitate because the colour didn’t suit, after enquiring Margaret showed us a headboard that was more suitable and that she would also be able to ‘throw in ‘ a few extras. We were very happy with the offer and accepted it. Margaret then offered us a coffee ( which we accepted ) while she drew up the paperwork and took payment. Margaret was extremely approachable and we never felt under pressure to buy even giving us time to discuss our desicion. We would not hesitate in returning to the store but it would be better to transfer Margaret to our local Greenock branch 😀

Paula took care of me on my visit to the abbotsinch store. She was very friendly and helpful nothing was a bother to her. She even offered a cup of tea which was really thoughtful even though i was only in to replace my wjnter duvet. Great asset to your store.
