Francis was very helpful and talked us through many of the options that would seem to meet our needs. He sat us down and asked if we would like tea, coffee or water. He explained each stage as he entered our details into the conputer.

The Staff.

The person who served us in your Paisley branch was Margaret. She was extremely helpful, took time to explain about all the different bed types and was very knowledgable. It made purchasing our new mattress and very pleasant experience.

We were served by Paula who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much bother for her and she was very efficient in dealing with our order. A credit to the company.

The staff were so friendly, honestly could not do more. I was in with my mum to help her pick a bed and mattress. No one was pushy and we did not feel forced into a sale. Even offered tea or coffee! Excellent service. She was even given pillows to try while she tried a mattress out. Margaret was brilliant i would highly recommend her!

The Saleswoman was attentive but not pushy. Having visited a rival store the day before I found they did not undertake any pushy tactics.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to the store, Mags was great and she helped me so much I spent over an hour trying to decide what bed I wanted and I was even given pillows to try,she knew all about the different beds,asked me loads of questions so that I could choose the right bed for me, I am over the moon with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new bed .
