Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Margaret at the paisley store dealt with our purchase and it was a pleasure from start to finish.

We tested some mattresses & returned to the shop the next day. We were able to speak to the same member of staff who explained the products the day before. The member of staff was friendly and showed us the products without pressuring a sale. We felt comfortable to return the next day due to this and greatly appreciated being given the time to look at our options without feeling pressured.

As soon as I entered Dreams, Margaret approached me to find out what kind of bed I was looking for. She then explained the differences between each mattresses before providing me with a pillow and left me to test them out to find the right one for me. Once this was done she helped me pick a base and then very quickly managed to get a quote for me. After having a great chat with her I placed my order and organised delivery all the while, Margaret took so much time making sure I was happy with everything. The customer care and service experience was absolutely brilliant and Margaret deserves any recognition she gets.

Francis was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to help me compare the different products and understand my options.

The service was great and Francis was excellent. Gave us time to look and then was there when we needed help. We were so pleased we bought the mattress that day.

David went to the trouble of finding other beds online which weren’t available to view in store. He made sure I had all the information I needed and let me have all the time I needed to make a decision.
