I had been in the store 2 days previously and Paula spent considerable time helping me look at options. When I returned to make my purchase she remembered me immediately and assisted me again.

From the moment I walked into the store I felt like I was an important customer even although the staff member had no idea if I was a buyer or not. Having been at a few stores for other items already during this day, the assistance I received was fantastic compared to the other stores I had visited. The product knowledge of the staff member was extensive on every mattress I was trying out. He was incredibly patient and spent a substantial amount of time with me as I made the difficult decision in narrowing down and finally selecting the mattress for me. Having had plenty of tries assessing numerous mattresses I finally got to my final decision and I can't thank the help and assistance I got as I am delighted with the mattress I have bought and look forward to getting it delivered and trying it out for my first nap! In addition, the range of mattresses really lets a customer get a feel for every kind of mattress and it makes the overall experience easier with every choice on offer in the one store. Derrick was very friendly when we came in. We were looking for a mattress for our spare room and he told us the best ones available. We will be changing our own bed in the coming months and will be definitely visiting dreams again
