Francis was my very own personal shopper, nothing was too much hassel and spent all the time i wanted with me and my grandmother and making sure we were making the right decision. He wasnt too pushy on making the sale which made us both very relaxed and at ease with him

the sales assistant was extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy. the choice of mattresses could have been overwhelming without his advice. He spent a lot of time with us but also left us in peace to make our choice.

Extremely helpful, and friendly staff. Took time to explain to us about the products. We were offered a drink and made to feel right at home. Would definitely shop again

The employee Margaret couldn't do enough for my family and I. She was more than accommodating as we spent hours trying different mattresses and debating which one too choose. Margaret had a very good knowledge of all Dreams products and is an asset to your company. Also, we were told that our purchase could not be delivered for about a month due to a problem with a supplier, however Margaret informed us at time of purchase that should it come available sooner she could contact us. True to her word the product did become available sooner and she contacted me which meant we received our purchase within 2 weeks of ordering. First class service.

Good service and fairly quick delivery

Friendly, warm, knowledgeable and extremely patient, Margaret made our first Dreams experience extremely positive. Never once did we feel like we were being forced to buy something we weren’t sure about, or feel rushed through the shop. We were offered a cup of tea (both times!) we came in to mull over the purchase of mine and my parners first properly indulgent bed. I think when you have an assistant this knowledgeable about some fab products, and delivers her service in such a genuine way, that she needs to be recognised as a a really valuable asset to Dreams Abbotsinch.

Staff members, especially Margaret were very helpful and knowledgeable. Catering to my needs over any sale.

Thought the staff were so well knowledge about the products we were looking for, friendly and patient to give us time to discuss our options. Helpful as well. The price was the best we could find anywhere.

Level of customer service and staff very good with our kids in the store. Knowledge of products were high.
