I knew what I was looking for but wanted my son to try other products first. Francis was friendly, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Other staff were also very nice and made me a coffee. Good selection of products on offer. Will definitely visit again when looking for a bed for myself and my husband in the near future. Francis came back into the store when we returned to go ahead with the purchase even though he had officially clocked off for the day and was very pleasant.

Margaret was very helpfull as we were in a hurry,so Margaret helped us find and complete our order quickly big thank you to her,also liked some off the staff having a pyjames day.

We were very satisfied he was extremely helpful and I am glad we got him as he help our mother and put her at ease thankyou so much

I was approached by a lovely young girl called Paula, she explained the colours on all the mattresses and asked lots of questions to establish our needs. We were left to try beds and mattresses throughout the shop. We got to choose a cumfy pillow to use on the beds. Honestly from start to finish our experience was fantastic. We never felt under pressure at any point. Nothing was forced upon us. We were given loads of information and I felt she really listened to our needs. There was a nice touch when she went and made us a coffee. I would definitely recommend Dreams as a company and also Paula. Thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff and product acquired at competitive price

Derrick was very helpful in helping us find the right type of mattress then talking us through the various options for divan and headboard.

Within minutes of being in the store Derrick offered his assistance and was particularly good with my 10 year old son who wanted a sofa bed but Derrick gave him expert knowledge and explanation to guide him to the best bed for him.

We entered dreams without the intention of buying a bed that day. However with the experienced staff assisting us with a bed which would help my husband who has a bad back, their knowledge and interest showed we ended up getting a temper mattress and new bed frame. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. We couldn't have asked for anymore
