We were given the opportunity to test beds. We were encouraged to take our time with our decisions. We didn’t feel pressured in any way.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but not overbearing. We were approached by a gentleman who asked if we wanted help but we were just looking at that point. He did come back over to offer pillows to try aswell and was very friendly. It was Margaret who came and gave advice about the 2 mattresses we were looking at and her information helped us choose the right one for my daughter. She then helped choose 2 pillows aswell. She was great. She explained the order and delivery process and made it clear to understand. We left feeling happy and we had a great experience from start to finish. Staff were not pushy like other stores which can be off-putting .

The sales assistant was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of all the products you have available I was very undecided on what I wanted and with her assistance I was able to find just what I was looking ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service and would definitely recommend your store to my family and friends

I am a returning customer - and will be back again! The knowledge (and patience) of the assistant was greatly appreciated. A friendly face to a more complicated buying experience than you could imagine. But...…. Dreams just make sleeping easy :)
