Margaret was very friendly, not too pushy from a sales perspective, offered suggestions and alternatives which makes a difference when deciding which store to buy from.

We were welcomed by the staff and Margaret our sales assistant was just the right level of helpful. I certainly learned a lot about mattresses and am now looking forward to a good night's sleep armed with all this information and a new bed!! She was very knowledgeable and at the same time she left us to take as long as we needed to try out the various mattresses using the pillows she had specially chosen for us. She was not pushy but her questions were insightful and she helped us to come to the correct decision.

Margaret assisted us from the start. She explained the layout of the store regarding firm and medium mattresses and different types. This made it easier for us to go straight to the type we liked. She left us to browse and checked up on us regularly even thought the store was busy. When we were ready to order we waited specifically for Margaret to be free as we were impressed with her service. There was no pressure in the sale, just good efficient service.

We went to the Dreams in Paisley and were greeted pretty much straight away by Margaret who was an absolute star throughout our time in the store. We thought it would be quite daunting with so much choice but Margaret spent loads of time asking us what we like, explaining what would work for us and encouraging to try different mattresses.
