Great service and we found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price.

After Looking and searching both online and visiting endless shops and showrooms for over 2 months we finally found someone who listened to what we needed. Paula guided us advised us and short listed 3 beds that may meet our needs. After a few minutes guidance we were left to our own devices and surprisingly to us we decided on the Mattress we wanted. Paula returned and we were more than happy to purchase our mattress. albeit more than we originally had planned to spend.Great delivery time, 5 days. Thanks Paula.

The knowledge of Margaret she took her time and listened to what i was looking for She also left us alone to discuss and try the beds in peace but was on hand if we had any questions. Amazing member of staff

As soon as we entered the store we experienced a very warm and friendly ethos from the staff. David was very professional in his approach and highly efficient and competent in his knowledge and understanding of our particular requests. We did not feel intimated to buy and David spent a lot of time listening to our needs and he provided recommendations and professional advice on the products - which we greatly appreciated.

I got to lie on the bad and watch a video about the beds features which was very relaxing.

We have purchased several beds from dreams over the last 10 years and the service is always excellent, the staff friendly and efficient. Francis the gentleman who assisted us was all of the above.

Service was exceptional , way beyond my expectations served by Francis and Margaret who could not have been more helpful. Shop was spotless and a lovely atmosphere my friend and myself most impressed will use again and recommend
