We were assisted straight away by Derrick. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to what we were looking for and at No time did my husband or myself feel pressured into buying.

We have previously visited this store just for an idea of prices and spoke briefly to Margaret for a few minutes. Upon arriving at the store today we managed to see Margaret again who remembered us and the conversation we had months before. It was really nice of her to remember and made our visit go a lot more smoothly as she was aware already of our needs. She gave us the best information on a rage of products before we came to our decision.

The experience was very good. We were welcomed into the store -Francis was not intrusive -more consultative. We were left alone to view and went back to begin the buying process. Again it was consultative with discovery of our requirements by Francis, and alternatives being offered. The only difficulty was the time taken by your Finance Partner to process. This required a return visit and they lost the paperwork faxed by your staff . Given they are probably a 3rd Party this is outwith your control.

We attended the shop on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions spoke with the same staff member who was very helpful and friendly.

The colleague was very helpful, and knew exactly what mattresses would be best for us. The showroom was easy to move around in my wheelchair and was nice and bright and clean.

The sales assistant Paula at the paisley branch was outstanding. Kept the kids busy with colouring in and drinks and let us try everything and gave her opinion without being pushy or pushing for a sale. Was allowed to leave the store without and hard sales tactic which allowed us to talk over options before returning 2 days later. Again Paula was brilliant and explained everything and phoned round stores looking for exactly what we wanted. Brilliant customer relations

The experience was a bit daunting as I had never been to the store before but the assistant put us as ease from the first moment and we both left feeling valued.

Friendly approach from Staff as I entered the store. Immediate help from Margaret . Explained what I was looking for and she took me to the exact products . Very good product knowledge . She gave me plenty opportunity to make my decision .

Good customer service. However, we were told if we put the deliver date well in advance we couldbring it forward if need. This proved not to be the case when we tried to bring date forward with over 72hrs notice.
