Francis was very knowledgeable about the products, and gave us assistance without being overly pushy or making us feel like we were being followed or watched. We had time to roam the store, then when it came to ordering he was polite and professional as well as detailing everything we needed to know.

The technology system was a complete surprise and very impressive. Our sales assistant, Margaret was genuinely delightful and shared our enthusiasm about the products. She was extremely helpful and informative and was not at all pushy.

We were highly satisfied as we did enter just to have a look but the service and product was that good we furnished our sons bedroom thanks to Paula.

Kim the sales woman was lovely , she approached us upon entering the store , assessed our sleep on the analysis bed and recommended several mattresses to try. We had a laugh through the process , Kim was helpful and professional throughout , she was amazing

Very attentive explained all details about the bed we purchased very plesent and had a lovely cup of coffee later from Margaret. We had purchased a bed 4rys ago and got the same service.

We were served by a lovley lady called Margaret. She put me on a sleepmatch machine which in turn told me what mattress would be suitable for me. I tried and few and decided on the one that felt best for me. I was offered a drink and got to try different pillows. Margaret was patient and fun it was a pleasure to deal with her. She should be a manager.
