I was welcomed by a cheery smiley assistant when I entered the store. From then I was taken care of. Margaret was natural & chatty person who I felt comfortable with. Her knowledge was outstanding, great asset to your company.

Salesman was not overly aggressive, but waiting in the wings to assist. So thought it was a good approach!

Staff member Paula was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us helping us choose the correct mattress! Payment was easy and tie slot for delivery fitted great for when we were getting our new flat.

Shop assistant Francis was very helpful, knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He was very sympathetic towards the fact the bed was for parents both with dimentia and needing a lot of care

buying a new mattress is quite a hard decision, but with the help and patience of derrick and his knowledge of the mattresses made it very easy, was very happy with all aspect from entering to leaving the shop.

Colleague (Margaret) I spoke with was extremely helpful. She took time to understand what I was looking for but importantly asked why. Based on this Margaret explained to me the options I had and provided comparisons between the 2 options. Margaret was not at all pushy and left me to walk rpund the store having explained to me where the suitable products were. She remained on hand throughout my visit to provide advice and assistance etc.

Very helpful staff, given lots of time and help to choose the right mattress for myself. Additional products given for buying both bed and mattress at dreams. Given a bottle of water, a hot drink option offered, nice touch I thought. I really felt that my custom and satisfaction and buying the right product was important. That's partly why I made my purchase there. I had previously been to a competitors store who had a couldn't care less attitude to my needs, I walked right out of there. So it was lovely to go to a store where there really was a personal service, helpful without being pushy.
