Your staff where very helpful and so friendly it was really lovely to walk in to your shop and your staff where all smile and really wanted to help you with your needs and not make you fell stupid.

Margaret was lovely and really friendly giving us good guidance based on what we required She was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence that we were purchasing the correct bed for us- not pushy at all. The staff were lovely to the kids and giving them chocolate and water bottles The store layout was great with the banners to assist you in your selection.

I was greeted as soon as I came into the shop and after talking to the adviser and receiving information and advice was left to walk round in my own time. I never felt pressured and could take my time which is the way I like to shop.

I found the range of products available extensive. The salesperson (Margaret) was extremely helpful and explained all of the products available and made sure she understood what our requirements were.

When we entered the Paisley store, Margaret immediately greeted us and took the time to listen to get to know our requirements. She was very knowledgeable about the products in store and explained the differences between the mattresses and was cheerful and helpful in her manner. She gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble. We were even offered a cuppa while we were there! Great customer service!
