Went to buy a couple of pillows, left with a bed and a couple of pillows, staff were helpful but not pushy

Paula was extremely helpful and made me a cup of tea while I placed my order. The choice of mattresses were amazing. My daughter got her bed from you two years ago and was delighted also.

Highly satisfied given that I asked many questions which he answered satisfactory. Promptly understanding my needs and shown comparisons of mattresses. I knew what I had in mind, and assisted by taking me straight to the products. The assistance given, saved me a lot of time from wandering around the store and the best part was that I was under no pressure, so a very relaxing atmosphere indeed.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable about the products we were after and he encouraged us to try as many different products as were available to find the perfect mattress.

Member of staff Margaret was extremely helpful and went into depth of what I wanted.

We wanted a king size mattress and pillows. Margaret, who served us throughout our time in the store, questioned us to check what we wanted. She was thorough, informative and entirely helpful. We were impressed with her technical knowledge and her skills in sales and customer relations - especially when compared to our experience in Bensons Beds which, while pleasant enough, was superficial by comparison. We both felt that Margaret was entirely focused on identifying and meeting our needs, not trying to sell us any particular products. She was willing and very able to make our shopping experience at Dreams enjoyable and effective in ensuring that the goods and services we purchased were exactly what we required. Margaret successfully sold us insurance on our mattress, which came with a free matress protector. Altogether an enjoyable and rewarding experience! Thank you Dreams and thank you Margaret! We'll be back.
