The sales assistant (Margaret) was very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy.

Staff were friendly and appeared to be well informed. Not pushy and happy to explain the options and features of alternatives

The level of service is excellent and the knowledge of the staffected is first class. I wouldn't consider gping anywhere else.

Francis was very customer friendly and very knowledgable of the products available. Took time to explain our queries and we just felt really well looked after.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and Derrick our sales person talked us through all the options available. Derrick then showed us the pillows to be used while testing out the mattresses. My husband and I were left to tried out the mattresses and Derrick came back to us and answered all our questions with great knowledge. A very good experience with high quality products, staff who give you enough time to make your decisions and are then on hand to answer any questions.

Francis, the salesman was very patient with us, we visited the shop three times during the day and he was very helpful each time and gave us some interesting ideas. Many thanks Francis!!

Neil who served us was very friendly and knowledgable, showed us different options at different prices and very good with my 5 year old daughter whom the new bed was for. Didn't hang over our shoulder the entire time we were there which was good, but was available when we needed him. Overall thoroughly satisfied with the service.

The Dreams representative came promptly to my assistance and explained, with demonstration of products, the properties of the merchandise. She was very clear and knowledgeable about the items I wanted to buy and her manner was friendly but businesslike. Furthermore, she enabled me to complete the transaction without complication and arranged the delivery of one item to my complete satisfaction. Her colleague also engaged in conversation, making me feel welcome. When I consider that my visit was originally meant to be merely a reconnaissance I am delighted to have rediscovered a company (I bought some bedding in two of your other stores many years ago) which is able to meet all my requirements so immediately.
